It is used for assessment of the water-repellency treatment quality of mineral construction materials.
The device is made up of a glass bell jar 30 mm in diameter with a built-in 10 ml graduated tube (corresponds to 10 cm H2O). One graduation corresponds to 0.1 ml.
It is supplied as one set of two tubes: straight and angular (for horizontal and vertical planes).
